A Day out - Sightseeing.

This morning was overcast and the weather was not looking good so we headed out of the campsite and went for a drive. The highest point we reached was 1320m.  We drove along narrow winding roads, some in good condition, others very poor - almost falling off the mountainside.  The views, as we went along, were gorgeous.

We saw lots of pigs along our route, sometimes they were walking or resting in the middle of the road so we had to stop.  Some curious pigs came up to the car so I opened the window and hung my hand out whereupon they sniffed my fingers.  We came across one very happy pig scratching his butt on a bridge railing.  Towards the end of the drive we saw a helicopter and fire engines.  We think there was a rescue going on.

I felt a bit 'curved out' by the time we got back to the campsite.  I have had enough of winding roads for one day!
